Most artwork created by The Essential Market is available for purchase on certain items. By purchasing this one-time use file release, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Art, use of the Art, or access to the Art without express written permission by The Essential Market.

All images and artwork, including copyright and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Artist (The Essential Market, unless otherwise specified). This one-time use license provides the Client with the limited right to use the Artwork only for the agreed upon terms as set forth in the Brief and agreed upon by both parties. Artwork used for any purpose not directly related outside of those terms must be with the express permission of the Artist and may include the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Artwork may contain copyright management information (CMI) at the discretion of the Artist in the form of either 1) a copyright notice © and/or 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
