Invitations, Birth Announcements, Holiday Cards
At this time, we are offering custom invitations, cards and announcements in specialty printing (letterpress, foil stamping). Please view our standard birth announcement designs here, or place your deposit for your custom design for birth announcements, invitations or any specialty print project. We take a limited number of holiday card orders each year, so place your deposit any time for the upcoming holiday season!
We like to say we can print anything! There are many items we do not offer online (for example, corporate gifts) if you want it printed, we can probably do it!
Will I get a proof?
Any items ordered from our online shop have the option to add a digital proof for $5 - just check the box when adding the item to your cart. Please note, this will add to the turnaround time, and we will not begin printing without your approval. If you are expecting a proof but have not received it in 1-2 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Single-sided, double-sided, wrap - explain!
There is no additional charge to print double-sided, or have your design wrap around the cup!
If you do not specify, we will print as shown in the sample online. By default, we typically print as follows:
Styrofoam cups: double-sided, or wrapped
Shatterproof cups: single-sided
Stadium cups: double-sided, or wrapped
Napkins: straight, unless we think the design will look much better at a diagonal.
What is the difference between one-ink color, two-ink colors, and full color?
Most of our printing is screen printing, meaning each color is printed one at a time. This is why it is an additional cost to print a second ink color. We also take this into consideration when designing, as we do not want ink colors too close, to allow for shift among color runs, or overlapping as this will result in an undesirable color.
We have the ability to print "full color" or digital printing, on some items including shatterproof cups, napkins, and stadium cups. Digital printing allows us to print multiple colors all at once (think, a watercolor design or more than 2 ink colors).
Do you offer more ink colors than shown online?
Absolutely! Letterpress items can be printed in any Pantone ink color for + $75. Party items (cups, napkins, koozies, etc.) can be printed in any Pantone ink color for no additional cost. Just include the exact PMS # in your order notes.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long will my order take?
In order to offer all of the possible sizes, color(s), and personalization options we do not keep any products "in-stock." Everything is printed as a custom order for you, and we always print/ship as quickly as we can!
Please allow up to 10 business days for cups/napkins/koozies, and 20 business days for gift tags/stationery (after proof approval) before your items ship. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates on non-rush orders. If you are tight on time, you can add a rush fee before you add the item to your cart, as well as upgraded shipping options at checkout. Please reach out to us about any specifics, and we'll make sure the proper options are applied to your order. We will always do everything we can to get your items to you on time!
We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $200. All orders ship from our print shops in Dallas or Austin, Texas. Please allow 1-3 days for Ground shipping in Texas, and 3-5 days for shipping out of Texas. You'll see upgraded shipping options before you place your order. If you'd like to request delivery + signature confirmation, just include that in your order notes. To get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we ship directly from our print shop and therefore we do not have a pick-up option at this time.
Help, my items are lost!
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order is marked as delivered but unable to be located, we suggest waiting a day to see if it appears. If you believe your item has been stolen or lost in transit, please reach out to us right away and we will assist in having your items re-ordered as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to return or exchange any items. However, if an error is made by us, of course we will refund or replace the item at no cost as soon as possible (just send us a photo!)
