This policy explains the privacy practices for https://theessentialmkt.com/ (the "Site"), which is made available to you on behalf of Essential Market, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Us” or “we”). We'll refer to the Site, and the purchases you (“you” or a “user”) can make through the Site, as the "Services." This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties (including payment processing providers and other third parties that contribute to the functionality of the Site, such as Shopify) who may also collect or receive data in connection with your use of the Services.
