If you do not see the option, it means it is not available at this time, or for the products you are ordering (hint: if you are ordering cups, keep it to a 1-color print!)

When do I need to add a Rush?

Should you need your order prior to the estimated ship window provided, we will offer a Rush option on certain products, when possible.

Rush orders: the basics

  • Please be sure to include your "need-by-date" somewhere with your order.

  • A proof must be waived, as your order will need to begin production immediately. 

  • We can only guarantee the day the order will leave our facility, as shipping delays are out of our control. Please be sure to upgrade shipping as necessary at check-out. 

  • Rush orders do not qualify for a refund, should they arrive after the requested need-by-date. 

  • Your order may arrive the day of your event, please be sure to let us know if you need early AM or noon delivery by email if selecting Overnight shipping.

  • We do not offer rush options on custom designs; Please choose from our Personalized Collections, or print-ready vectorized artwork must be provided.

  • Certain color(s) and/or print methods are not available for Rush orders. Our Design Team will advise you on substitutions necessary to ensure your order can be Rushed.

What if I don't see the option to add the Rush fee?

If you do not see this option, please email us prior to ordering to confirm as we are able to make certain exceptions based on your item, quantity and/or shipping location. If possible, our team will instruct you to include certain notes with your order indicating approval.

What product(s) are currently available for a Rush?

Cups with 1-color printing from our semi-custom collections.

Please email us about any other products, as we may be able to offer rushes on a case-by-case basis

Rush orders during December

We will offer a Rush option on specific products in December.

Adding a rush will significantly speed up production on your order. However, please note that once the Holiday Deadlines have passed, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

All Rush Orders placed from December 23 - January 1 will enter production on January 3, 2024.
