Rush Order Policies
should you miss ordering deadlines for standard production, a rush option will be offered whenever available.
Prior to proceeding, you will be provided with deadlines for
1) payment
2) submission of order details and
3) proof approval
Should the deadlines above be missed, your delivery date may be extended.
We can only guarantee the day the order will leave our facility, as shipping delays are out of our control. Please be sure to upgrade shipping as necessary at check-out.
Your order may arrive the day of your event, please be sure to let us know if you need early AM or noon delivery by email if selecting Overnight shipping.
Rush orders do not qualify for a refund, should they arrive after the requested need-by-date.
