Ordering
We have an estimated delivery date on every product page.
We suggest planning for your items to arrive at a minimum, one week prior to your event, in case of any delays in production or transit that may be out of your control.
Please keep in mind proof delays or revisions will affect your delivery date.
We are usually able to add a Rush. Please email hello@theessentialmkt.com so our team can confirm rush options prior to ordering.
We do ask that you place your order before receiving a proof. Our team designs every order, and this helps us schedule the design work and meet deadlines each week. Thank you for understanding!
We are online only, and do not have a physical storefront.
We are happy to answer any questions over the phone, but we must have new orders + proof revision requests placed through the website so our team can ensure no detail is missed.
We can usually cancel orders within two (2) hours. Orders that have already been desigend + proofed may still be able to be cancelled with a small fee. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
