We hope this page will help you determine when your order will ship! We ask that you please place your order. using our secure online shop. We will begin your custom design once you have placed your order. 

The below timelines are for products purchased through our website. Order inquiries placed via email will take additional time.

The above production times begin after proof approval. If you do not request a proof, your order will immediately begin production.



If you would like to view a digital proof prior to beginning production, be sure to check the box before adding the item to your cart. Proofs will be sent via our secure online proof portal (proofs@theessentialmkt.com) within 3 business days. We include one minor proof revision at no additional charge.



We will provide an initial round of proofs within 5-7 business days of placing your design deposit. Once the design is approved and quantities are determined, we will send an invoice to place your order and begin printing.




If you need your order sooner than the standard turnaround times listed above, we offer the option to add a Rush Fee on almost all items. Please add this option before adding your item to your cart. Rush fees can be added to orders that have already been placed within the same day. We always ask your requested delivery date and will keep this information with your order. However, dates sooner than standard production times cannot be guaranteed without a Rush.



We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $200. Almost all orders ship from our print shops throughout Texas.

Please allow 1-3 days for Ground shipping in Texas, and 3-5 days for shipping out of state.

You will see upgraded shipping options before you place your order. If you would like to request a signature requirement upon delivery, please add that in your order notes. This is recommended if your packages are left in a location that is not secure.

To get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we ship directly from our print shop and therefore we do not have a pick-up option at this time.



We understand things change and orders may need to be cancelled, and we will always do our best to accommodate these requests.

  • If your order has not yet been proofed, we can typically cancel without a fee.
  • If your order has been proofed, but not yet approved:  $20 cancellation fee. If you have requested multiple proofs, these will be deducted at $5 each from the refund total.
  • If your order has been approved: $50 cancellation fee minimum if your order has not yet been printed.
  • If your order has been entered production and started printing, we are unable to cancel
