We love creating custom designs for your wedding, special event or party! We can coordinate designs with something you already have (invitation, save the date, corporate logo) or create something custom for you.
GETTING STARTED: Please read the details below and fill out the form above to give us the specifics on your special event or wedding! We'll begin pulling a quote together for the items you have requested including suggested quantities. All wedding and special event packages include one meeting over the phone to discuss specifics and initial design direction.
PROOFS: Typically, each item will be designed for $40 per piece or design, which includes one (1) initial digital proof + one (1) round of revisions. However, very simple design requests will not require a design fee. Any additional revisions requested will be provided at $10 each. you will receive digital proofs within one week of placing your order.
If the design direction changes dramatically after the first round of proofs, an additional design fee may be required. We will only charge you for the time it takes us to design your custom pieces. Any custom designs created for you can be re-ordered at any time without incurring a design fee.
APPROVAL: We will carefully proofread all items during the design phase, but the final inspection of all spelling, details and information is the client's responsibility. If the proofing process runs past the suggested order date given at consultation, the ship date will change accordingly. If rush fees are required, this will be an additional cost.
Proofs are all created in CMYK/PMS colors, but colors can vary between color computer screens. An actual sample of almost all items (excluding letterpress orders) can be ordered starting at $40/item and take about 2 weeks.
Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval has been given; Orders cancelled after proofs have been provided will only incur the design fees.
SHIPPING: Most items are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground. The tracking number will be issued once the items are in the hands of the carrier. At that point, the customer assumes responsibility and all shipping times and terms are subject to the respective carrier.
THINGS TO REMEMBER: Assembly, mailing, stuffing, stamping and postage weight/costs for invitations, save the dates and birth announcements are the Client's responsibility.
Letterpress and foil stamping are artisan processes completed by hand. Ink colors may vary slightly between print runs and can differ among samples.
